  • No school!
  • Read "The Lady and the Tiger". Did the story end the way you'd expected? Write a 125+ word explanation of what happened, what you'd expected, and what you think about the ending. Post to Edmodo.
  • Title: [aKBC] The Lady and the Tiger Reflection 081014
  • Popplet: Work with your class to construct a whole class Popplet on selected/assigned vocabulary from "The Lady and the Tiger"
  • Title: Do not make your own. Join the class Popplet at the link above.
  • Gdoc: The ending of the story is deliberately ambiguous. Consider the possibilities that exist in our imaginations at story's end. What would the implications be of each? What might be some of the motivations behind each character's actions in each possibility you consider?
  • Post your response as well as your Gdoc link in Edmodo.

  • Using the Writing Rubric, assess and comment on 2+ arguments. Determine where each paper falls on the scale of 1-4 and provide reasons why. Identify up to two strong points and up to two weaknesses within that students' argument.
